His extensive expertise encompasses the entire real estate life cycle, including investment, capital planning, design, development, leasing, and asset management.
Previously, as President & CEO of Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. from 2004 to 2008, Pranay led the development of Select Citywalk, a 1.4 million sq. ft. mixed-use project in New Delhi, drawing over 18 million visitors annually and housing over 200 global tenants. This landmark project paved the way for India’s first retail-focused REIT, Select Nexus REIT.
